7. Liability and Insurance

Our Service Provider maintains comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damages during the provision of services. However, the following terms apply:

Damage to Property: While we take all necessary precautions, the Client agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless for any pre-existing conditions or unforeseen damages beyond our control.
Personal Injuries: In the unlikely event of personal injury caused by the Service Provider's negligence, liability will be limited to the extent covered by our insurance policy.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

9. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the Agreement under the following conditions:

Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to terminate the services.
Breach of Terms: If either party fails to adhere to the Terms and Conditions, the other party may terminate the Agreement with written notice.
Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters) may lead to termination without liability.
